Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Fall/Winter Season

Our hockey club does not offer refunds as a general policy. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing with relevant supporting documentation. All decisions regarding refunds are at the sole discretion of the club's executive committee and are final.
