Open to OPRF rising 9th graders through current juniors – train with Coach Nenad and Coach Murphy in our Sunday Skills sessions. Train with the team and keep fresh throughout the summer.

- Intensive 1-hour skill development
- Skating • Puck Control • Hockey IQ
- Ridgeland Common Recreation Center
- Sundays, June 1–July 27 (no session July 6)
- 4:00 PM or 5:15 PM (groups assigned by Coach Murphy)
- $250 Skaters / $175 Goalies
- Limited spots
Participation in Summer Skills with OPRF Hockey is not required and will not affect future team placement within the OPRF Hockey Club.

BATTLE GROUNDS 3v3
OPRF Hockey plans to enter 4-5 teams in the Battle Grounds Summer League, organized by Coach Murphy Hockey. This 3v3 format emphasizes quick feet, hands, and thinking, enhancing passing and puck possession skills.
Details
- Cost: $250 per skater / $100 per goalie (final amount depends on total participants; payment due in late May). Includes team jerseys.
- Schedule: 1–2 weeknight sessions per week in June and early July
- Locations: Mount Prospect Ice Arena or Willowbrook Ice Arena
- Games: 8 guaranteed, with a potential 9th for the BattleGrounds 2025 Championship
- Teams: Approximately 10 skaters and 1-2 goalies per team, open to current and incoming OPRFHS players, including current 8th graders entering OPRFHS in Fall 2025
- Rosters: Set by Coach Murphy
