Hockey Director & Varsity Head Coach Opportunity
The Oak Park & River Forest Hockey Club is seeking a dedicated and collaborative hockey leader to guide the continued growth of our program. This individual will help shape the culture, development philosophy, and competitive direction of OPRF Hockey while directly leading the Varsity team.
The Role
The Hockey Director & Varsity Head Coach will:
- Champion a unified development philosophy across Varsity and JV
- Lead Varsity practices and competition with integrity and professionalism
- Mentor and support coaching staff to ensure alignment and growth
- Strengthen recruitment efforts and cultivate a sustainable player pipeline
- Maintain positive relationships with league and community partners
- Work in partnership with the Board to support long-term program stability and success
